  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances, and their precursors, as well as accessories for their use (unless you have permission)
  • Equipment for the production of narcotics, psychotropic, poisonous, and explosive substances or military weapons and ammunition
  • Satellite telephones
  • Equipment for mining and processing precious stones, gold, and other precious metals, oil, oil products, and natural gas
  • Equipment for printing valuable papers and equipment for the manufacture of such equipment
  • Ozone-depleting substances and products containing them
  • Highly toxic substances
  • Technical means for gathering secret information
  • Broadband radio receivers for radio surveillance and radio control
  • Genetically modified plants for scientific research, testing, and demonstration purposes
  • Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)
  • Endangered species of wild animals and plants
  • Religious literature and materials
